ReplyDeletetonight is M's vs Bosox---maaah! is very worried about going wiht me--I will be good ,I promise (unlike an M's -Yankees contest!)..its difficult going to a game that has your "DNA" team playing against your adopted sons...will be hot and hopefully fun for all

ReplyDeleteThe game today (I watched on the tube) was great. Bringing up a lefty from the minors to pitch to us didn't work for Boston, Felix pitched well, Perez came through. It was all good! We're still only five games below .500 and still only five games behind Oakland!
Mike may be right --the M's may very well win teh AL West--what a game today( I was there -3rd sellout ina row!)--seesaw battle--Beltre's inside-the-parker was a joy to behold--Varitek(after JJ K'd both Ortiz and Manny) hit the Hit it Here plexiglass and popped some balloons but Richie's walk off was a thing of beauty - maybe there is some MAriner MAgic brewing- 4 games out after playing 98 ( Niehaus reminded us we were 10 games back after 98 games in 1995)..go MAriners..let's give them our heartfelt support ..and be CONFIDENT
